Job Description
Kitchen Operations
- Assist in daily food preparation and cooking as per standards.
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Support smooth kitchen service during peak hours.
Recipe Development
- Assist in creating new recipes and menu items.
- Test dishes and provide feedback for improvements.
- Maintain standardized recipes and plating guidelines.
Vendor Coordination & Ordering
- Assist with vendor communication and placing orders.
- Ensure timely procurement of fresh and quality ingredients.
- Report shortages and suggest alternative suppliers if needed.
Stock Management
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation (FIFO).
- Reduce wastage and maintain accurate stock records.
- Assist in weekly/monthly stock audits.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
- Follow FSSAI hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure workstations and storage areas are clean and organized.
SOP Compliance
- Follow and help implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all kitchen processes meet quality and safety standards.
- Report deviations and suggest improvements.
Team Leadership & Support
- Assist in supervising commis staff and kitchen helpers.
- Train new staff on basic kitchen tasks and hygiene practices.
- Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive kitchen environment.

Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
