Job Description
As a Beauty Advisor/Artist at Estee Lauder, you’ll combine creative and technical make-up skills to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences. You will collaborate with high-performing teams on events, visual merchandising and customer education to drive sales and brand presence. A qualification in make-up artistry or prior retail make-up experience is preferred, but passionate amateurs who demonstrate strong creative and customer-service ability are welcome. Candidates must be flexible for retail hours (days, nights, weekends, events), familiar with POS systems, and able to prove the right to live and work in the country.
