Job Description

You will develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and market share, build strong customer relationships, resolve queries, and lead branch staff through training and supervision. Ensure regulatory and policy compliance, monitor and analyze financial performance, identify improvements and implement corrective actions, and conduct regular audits and inspections to minimize operational risk.
