Job Description
Location: Alappuzha (Pazhaveedu, Kannan Varkey Bridge). Full-time Customer Service Assistant responsible for greeting customers, addressing inquiries, advising on prescriptions and OTC medicines, accurately recording prescriptions, labeling and packaging, maintaining inventory, ordering and receiving supplies, conducting stock checks, handling cash transactions and deposits, home delivery, and keeping customer records. Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, safety protocols, cleanliness, and effective communication with pharmacists and healthcare professionals. Salary: ₹23,00/month. Benefits include flexible schedule, health and life insurance, leave encashment, paid time off, and Provident Fund. Work on-site.
Requirements
