Job Description

Go Alpha Kids seeks an Operation Executive to manage daily operations: monitor Ops messages and CRM, track metrics, resolve customer equipment/service issues, handle inventory, staff schedules and attendance, visit clients for feedback and invoice follow-ups, maintain vendor relations, process invoices, support accounting and payroll, assist HR, implement SOPs. Requirements: 4–7 years in operations/customer service, strong communication, problem-solving and coordination skills, ability to conduct field visits and multitask, proficiency in MS Office and CRM. Full-time, in person. Pay: ₹25,00–₹35,00/month. Benefits: cell phone reimbursement, health insurance.
