Job Description
Join Aditya Birla Capital as a Customer Relationship Executive based in N-GUR, Gurgaon. You will generate new customer leads through direct marketing, proactively identify sales prospects, follow up on referrals, and achieve monthly sales targets for unsecured self‑employed business. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement, resolve queries, and maintain daily activity and follow-up reports. Qualifications open; graduates preferred. Direct sales experience is required. Salary ranges: INR 18,00 (under 6 months direct sales), INR 20,00 (under 1 year), INR 22,00 (over 1 year). Minimum experience: 0–4 years.
