Job Description

Greencity India seeks a full-time Pre-Sales associate to handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, website, portals, and walk-ins; make outbound calls to prospective customers from marketing campaigns; understand customer requirements and provide accurate product/project information; schedule and coordinate site visits or meetings for the sales team; maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel; and follow up regularly to nurture prospects. Salary: ₹20,00–₹35,00 per month. Benefit: cell phone reimbursement. Work location: in person.
