Job Description
We seek a Relationship Associate to drive branch targets, attend walk-ins ethically, conduct school tours and complete admission formalities. Maintain HR, accounting and admission records; handle cash/cheque; update student data on ERP daily; follow up leads and pending fees; coordinate with HO for IDs; scan documents; address parent concerns; post events on social media; report attendance and transport; coordinate uniforms and book kits with vendors. Day shift; Thane preferred. Must be confident with excellent communication, marketing and sales aptitude. Fluency in English and Hindi required. Full-time, in-person; salary ₹20,00–₹30,00/month.
