Job Description
We are seeking an Inventory Executive to manage physical stock and maintain Excel-based records for raw materials and finished goods. Responsibilities include updating daily stock movements (inward, outward, balance), conducting regular physical verifications and reconciliations, and preparing daily and monthly MIS reports. The role requires identifying and reporting shortages, excesses, damages and slow-moving items, coordinating with Dispatch, Production, Purchase and Accounts, and ensuring proper storage, labeling and stock security with strict controls against unauthorized movement.
- Qualification: Graduate/Diploma
- Experience: 1–3 years in inventory management
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel, inventory control, basic management reporting
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, responsible
- Salary: ₹20,00–25,00/month
