Job Description
ALL4YOU is hiring Tele Callers to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, share accurate information, follow up on leads, maintain call records, and convert inquiries into appointments. This is an in-person, full-time, permanent role suitable for freshers.
- Compensation: ₹8,00–₹12,00 per month plus performance-based incentives
- Qualifications: strong communication skills; fluent in Malayalam and English (additional languages a plus); prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred; positive and persuasive attitude
