Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent high-quality food, presentation, and service. The role oversees menu development, recipe standardization, food cost control, budgeting, purchasing, and supplier relations while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. You will recruit, train, and schedule culinary staff, manage inventory, and optimize workflows. Collaborate with management on concept development, catering, and special events.
- Minimum 7 years culinary experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proficient in modern and classic techniques; strong cost-management and communication skills
- Food safety certification required; degree or formal culinary training preferred
