Job Description
HRQuadrant seeks a dedicated Banking Associate to collaborate with banking networks to generate leads, conduct needs analyses, present life insurance solutions, and cross-sell to maximize client value. The role requires building trust through proactive communication, conducting regular follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and advising clients on financial planning while remaining current with industry trends and regulations.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 1 year sales experience (insurance preferred); age up to 30; English proficiency preferred.
- Employment: Full-time, permanent, in-person; willingness to travel for client visits required.
- Compensation & benefits: ₹20,00–₹30,00/month; health insurance; Provident Fund.
