Job Description

Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey, a five-star hotel, is seeking an experienced Lascar to join its houseboat crew on a full-time basis. The role offers a monthly salary of Rs.17,00 plus provided meals, on-board accommodation, and uniforms.

• Responsibilities: engine watch, basic engine and hull maintenance, safety inspections, emergency readiness, and courteous passenger service.
• Requirements: prior seafaring or houseboat experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and a firm commitment to guest safety and compliance with regulations.
• Location: on board. Benefit: meals provided.

Successful candidates will work as part of a small, professional crew and maintain high standards of safety and hospitality.
