Job Description
Lenskart.com is hiring a full-time, permanent Retail Sales Associate. Greet and assist walk-in customers, assess eyewear needs, recommend frames and lenses, explain product features, offers, and after-sales services, and coordinate in-store eye tests with optometrists. Maintain attractive product displays, manage inventory, process billing and cash/UPI transactions, and ensure accurate sales records. Meet monthly sales targets, support store SOPs and KPIs, participate in promotions, and deliver professional customer service to drive repeat business. Freshers are welcome.
Compensation: ₹15,00/month. Work location: On-site.
