Job Description
HRQuadrant is hiring a Relationship Executive – Bank to work at a partner bank branch, advising existing bank customers on life insurance solutions. This full-time, permanent, in-person position involves no field sales or cold calling.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 1 year sales experience (banking/NBFC/insurance preferred); under 35; Kerala residents only.
- Compensation: ₹25,00–₹33,00/month plus incentives, Provident Fund, and opportunities for advancement in a stable bank-based environment.
