Job Description
The Institute of Banking Studies is seeking a diligent Field Debt Recovery Agent for a full-time, in-person role. Minimum qualification: SSLC or equivalent. Candidates must own a reliable two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Responsibilities include conducting regular field visits to meet clients, verifying accounts, and recovering overdue payments with professionalism and integrity. The role requires the ability to work independently, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly. Prior experience in collections or banking fieldwork is advantageous. Assignments are local; punctuality and flexibility for travel are essential.
Compensation: ₹15,00–₹18,00 per month.
