Job Description
Masagram Country Resort seeks a professional Bartender/Server to prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, maintain bar hygiene, manage inventory and records, coordinate billing, and enforce safety and licensing policies. The role requires adherence to standard recipes and portion control, age verification, and providing friendly, timely service at the bar, poolside, or restaurant.
- Requirements: 1–3 years bartending experience (hotel/resort preferred), knowledge of spirits and cocktails, inventory control, strong communication, and availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Employment: Full‑time, permanent, in person. Compensation: ₹10,00–₹19,00/month.
