Job Description
myG Digital Hub seeks a polite, well-groomed Guest Relations Officer to professionally serve tea, coffee and refreshments to guests and senior management. The role ensures timely service during meetings and office hours and maintains cleanliness of the pantry, meeting rooms and serving areas.
- Prepare and serve beverages; clean and arrange cups, trays and utensils.
- Refill pantry items, report stock needs, and adhere to hygiene and etiquette standards.
- Maintain confidentiality, punctuality and discipline.
- Basic tea and coffee preparation knowledge required; no formal qualification necessary.
Location: Calicut. Full-time, permanent, in-person. Salary: ₹15,00–₹18,00/month. Benefits: provided meals and paid sick leave.
