Job Description
We are seeking a professional Outpatient (OP) Receptionist to provide five-star hospitality to patients and guests. Key duties include registering and maintaining OP records; scheduling, confirming, and coordinating doctor consultations and follow-ups; guiding patients through consultations, therapies, and billing; coordinating with doctors, therapists, nurses, and billing; processing payments and receipts; handling phone inquiries and appointment confirmations; maintaining a tidy reception and waiting area; addressing feedback and complaints with empathy; and preserving patient confidentiality while following grooming standards, SOPs, and service etiquette.
- Employment: Full-time, in person
- Salary: ₹10,00–₹15,00/month

Requirements
