Job Description
RedSales is hiring a female Telecaller & Receptionist for B2B telecalling of FMCG, cosmetics, and salon products. This full-time, on-site role in Mankoli, Bhiwandi requires managing the front desk, attending incoming calls and visitors, presenting product information, and converting leads into confirmed orders.
- Minimum 2 years telecalling experience; experience in cosmetics/salon/FMCG preferred
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi; presentable and well-spoken
- Computer literate with Excel and basic system skills
- Fixed salary plus incentives; compensation ₹12,00–₹25,00/month and commuter assistance
