Job Description
We are seeking a Night Shift IT Recruiter to source and hire technical talent during overnight hours (10:00 PM–6:00 AM). You will manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers across time zones, and maintaining the ATS. Candidates should have 1–2 years of IT recruitment experience, strong English communication skills, and familiarity with technical roles. The role requires independent work during night shifts, a proactive sourcing mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Remote or office-based options are available depending on location.
