Continental (Phoenix Conveyor Belt India Pvt. Ltd.) seeks a 4-Bowl Calender Operator for its Nadia facility. Responsibilities include selecting fabric rolls per job card; splicing fabric ends and belt joints; ensuring proper fabric alignment and preventing creases during carcass building; maintaining accurate letoff batching to avoid telescoping and liner gaps; and lifting the next belt fabric on the letoff to prevent machine stoppage.
