Job Description

We are seeking motivated Direct Sales Executives for full-time roles in Delhi and Lucknow. Candidates should be graduates (MBA/BBA preferred) with 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience.

• Sell family-focused financial training programs and acquire customers.
• Generate leads via field visits, cold calls, and referrals; maintain client relationships.
• Assist clients with training access and software, meet sales targets, and represent the company professionally.
• Requirements: strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills; self-motivated; own vehicle; minimum 2 years residency in the city. Experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance preferred.
• Salary: up to ₹440,00 per year.
