Job Description

Titan Company seeks a Chain Machine Operator to maintain daily output with minimal inventory and ensure 100% raw material availability for weaving machines. The operator will verify alloy composition and purity across karats and colors, perform precise alloy calculations for FY26 4‑ton roll chain production, and set crucibles and dies.

• Execute rough rolling, annealing, wire drawing, and flattening to micron tolerances.
• Adjust annealing, wire and strip loading, machine speed, winder torque, and pitch.
• Implement TPM, 5S, IMS, and OHSMS documentation and ensure 100% gold accounting.
• Train NEEM trainees, lead CAPA for quality rejections, and drive kaizen to meet lead‑time and quality targets.
