Leisurely Experiences is seeking a proactive Operations Executive to develop and maintain efficient operational systems that elevate guest satisfaction. The role includes implementing service strategies, training in quality and inventory control, updating and enforcing SOPs, monitoring purchases, receivables, and payables, inspecting departments for service readiness and hygiene, controlling operating costs, and managing daily business functions.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational ability, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
