Job Description
Seahorse Technology seeks an experienced STP Operator to manage an MBR-based sewage treatment plant. The role requires daily operation and monitoring of MBR and RO systems, DG room oversight, and meticulous logbook maintenance. Key duties include tracking MLSS, DO, pH, TMP and permeate flow; performing backwash/CIP, sludge handling and membrane cleaning; and conducting basic pump/membrane and DG troubleshooting.
- Requirements: 3–5 years MBR STP experience (mandatory), RO and DG familiarity, TNPCB compliance awareness, and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting; ITI/Diploma preferred.
- Full-time, on-site. Salary: ₹12,788.04–₹26,739.11/month. Benefits: long-term stability, advanced MBR exposure, and career growth.
