Job Description
We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead workshop operations, supervise technicians, assign daily tasks, monitor productivity and bay utilization, and ensure repairs are completed Right First Time and Right on Time. You will enforce 5S/lean practices, perform quality checks, resolve customer issues with service advisors, support parts management, and oversee manpower, safety, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
- Requirements: strong two-wheeler technical knowledge, supervisory experience, leadership, problem-solving, time management, and effective communication skills.
- Full-time, permanent. Pay: ₹10,412.35–₹25,317.97/month. Benefits: health insurance, leave encashment, provident fund. Work location: on-site.
