Job Description
Shreynix Innovations is seeking a full-time, on-site Process Operator for Paint Shop operations in an automotive manufacturing environment. The position involves operating coating lines (pre-treatment, ED/E-coat, primer/base/clear coats), oven curing, finishing, and basic robotic maintenance awareness. Key duties include performing routine quality inspections, complying with safety and 5S standards, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Candidates with a Diploma, ITI, or engineering background are preferred; freshers with relevant exposure or 1–2 years of experience are welcome. The role offers up to ₹240,00 per year and includes provided meals.
