Job Description
We are seeking a CRM Executive reporting to the CRM Manager to manage customer data and track leads, quotations, orders, and dispatch status within the CRM. You will coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts, ensure timely follow-ups on orders, payments, and service issues, respond to customer inquiries, and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Requirements: Graduate (any discipline); 1–4 years in CRM or sales coordination; manufacturing experience preferred; married candidates preferred.
- Responsibilities: Maintain data accuracy, monitor lead conversions, support management with data analysis, and enforce CRM processes. Permanent, in-person position. Salary: ₹20,00–₹30,00/month.
