Job Description
The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the timely dispatch of finished castings. Key duties include:
- Preparing daily dispatch schedules with production and stores; supervising packing, safe material handling, and correct identification.
- Verifying dispatch documents (delivery challan, invoice, packing list, e-way bill).
- Coordinating transport, ensuring vehicle suitability for loads, and tracking deliveries.
- Dispatching only quality-approved materials per customer instructions; managing loading teams, yard inventory, safety, and compliance.
This is a full-time, permanent role (freshers welcome). Salary: ₹15,00–₹25,00/month. Benefits include flexible scheduling, leave encashment, Provident Fund, and on-site work.
