Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Executive to deliver daily technical support, maintain system reliability, and ensure smooth IT operations for staff and clients.

• Responsibilities: troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, monitor networks, perform system updates, document incidents, and coordinate with vendors.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, 1-3 years of helpdesk experience, solid Windows/Linux knowledge, basic networking skills, and strong communication abilities.
• Preferred: experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools, backup and recovery procedures, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
