• Responsibilities: handle reservations, confirm bookings, update availability, process payments, coordinate with front desk and housekeeping, and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Requirements: minimum one year of experience in hospitality or reservations, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with reservation/PMS systems, close attention to detail, and fluency in English.
