Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer based in Cochin to handle mutual fund, exchange, fixed deposit and bond transaction processing, including acceptance, audit, system entry, daily uploads, application scanning and rejection marking.
- Collect acknowledgments; register NJ accounts (TADA & PMS) and perform follow‑up; assist the transaction team with pending TARs.
- Support NJCC with local rejection marking and query resolution; manage couriers, petty cash and branch expense records.
- Provide non‑financial transaction processing, office administration, partner assistance and sales support as required.
Requirements: minimum 12 months’ experience; B.A./B.Com./B.B.A.; strong computer operating skills. Open to all genders. Function: Operations.
