Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Collection In-Charge to lead branch collection operations and ensure timely recovery of loan EMIs. You will drive target achievement through effective strategies, supervise field collection officers, and maintain positive customer relationships while addressing queries and complaints promptly.
- Monitor and analyze collection performance; prepare management reports.
