Job Description
We seek a State Coordinator to plan, organize, and oversee statewide educational events. The role supervises district coordinators and field teams, secures permissions from schools and institutions, and manages logistics, vendors, and material distribution. The Coordinator will track attendance and performance, conduct field visits, resolve operational issues, and report weekly and monthly to headquarters.
Qualifications: degree in any discipline; 1–5 years of event coordination or outreach experience; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel extensively within the state and for pan-India events. Two-wheeler ownership and a valid driving license preferred. Full-time position; salary ₹25,00–₹30,00/year plus travel allowance and performance incentives; cell phone reimbursement provided. Work hours align with school and college schedules.
