Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Incharge to manage daily garment production from sampling through final shipment. The role requires leading production teams, enforcing quality control, coordinating with merchandising, and applying fabric and color expertise to resolve production issues. Strong follow-up, team leadership, and proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting are essential.
- Minimum 5 years’ production management experience in textiles/garments
- Solid knowledge of merchandising, fabrics, and color handling
- Proficient in Google Sheets; committed to a long-term, on-site position
- Located within a 30–45 minute commute
Full-time, permanent; salary negotiable starting at ₹15,00/month.
