Job Description
We are seeking a professional Academic Counselor to advise students on course selection, academic planning, and progress monitoring; provide study skills coaching; make referrals; and collaborate with faculty and student services. The role includes maintaining records, interpreting academic policies, and supporting orientation and retention initiatives.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred); prior advising experience; strong communication and confidentiality practices; knowledge of academic policies.
- Skills: active listening, problem-solving, organizational ability, and experience with student information systems.
Job Type: Full-time, in person. Salary: ₹10,00–₹400,00/month.
