Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Plant In Charge to lead quality assurance at our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will develop and implement QA systems, supervise inspections, ensure ISO/GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor the QC team; oversee daily quality operations and staff training.
- Conduct audits, investigate non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and report findings to management.
- Require minimum 5 years’ experience in QA or production, strong knowledge of ISO/GMP, analytical aptitude, and proven leadership.
The role demands proactive decision-making, attention to detail, and effective communication across departments.
