Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, fresher-friendly Entry-Level Hindi Customer Service Representative to make outbound calls and deliver clear, accurate information about products, services, and learning journeys. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer records, conducting follow-ups to ensure issue resolution and course completion, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly service targets. Candidates must comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Compensation: ₹13,708.33–₹18,445.37 per month
