Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and motivated International Voice Process Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls for global clients. Key responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, delivering accurate information, updating CRM records, following quality and call protocols, escalating issues when needed, and achieving performance targets.
- Requirements: excellent spoken and written English, strong listening and problem-solving skills, basic computer and CRM experience, and willingness to work night/rotational shifts.
- Qualifications: Any Graduate or Diploma with relevant experience; 1+ year in US/UK/Australian voice processes or BPO preferred.
- Position details: Full-time, permanent, on-site. Salary ₹20,00–₹35,00/month (depending on experience). Benefits include health insurance, paid sick leave, and provident fund.
