Job Description
We are seeking a Japan Settlements Specialist to oversee financial settlements, reconciliations, and payment processing for Japanese clients and partners. The role includes processing invoices, ensuring adherence to local regulations, coordinating with banks, and investigating and resolving discrepancies. You will support cross-border transactions and drive continuous process improvements.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in settlements or banking
- Strong knowledge of Japanese payment systems and ERP platforms
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English; Japanese language skills preferred
