Job Description
Poppys Tower Hotel seeks a full-time, in-person Steward to maintain hygiene and efficiency in the kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities include:
- Dishwashing, equipment sanitization, and waste disposal.
- Maintaining spotless dining and kitchen spaces; setting and resetting tables with linens and cutlery.
- Greeting and seating guests, taking drink and starter orders, and addressing guest concerns.
- Assisting servers and chefs with plating, stock replenishment, side-station preparation, and event support.
- Monitoring shortages of cutlery, crockery, napkins and essentials; reporting maintenance issues.
- May supervise junior staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Compensation: ₹13,500–15,00/month. Benefits: flexible schedule, meals provided, Provident Fund.
