Job Description
Quantstar Services LLP seeks a full-time Inside Sales Executive to conduct outbound calls to prospects from supplied databases and marketing leads. Responsibilities include qualifying customer needs, addressing objections, scheduling follow-ups, and closing sales. You will accurately record all interactions in the CRM, meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs, and perform timely follow-ups via phone, email, or messaging.
Additional duties: cross-sell relevant products to maximize revenue, maintain high standards of customer service, and stay informed on products, promotions, and competitor activity.
- Compensation: ₹30,00–45,00/month

Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy

- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
