Job Description
Spixar Technologies Solution is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to oversee end-to-end recruitment across India. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via Indeed, Naukri and LinkedIn; screening resumes; conducting HR phone interviews; scheduling interviews; managing bulk and lateral hiring; coordinating onboarding; and producing daily reports. Required: 4+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition/HR, strong communication skills, target-driven mindset, and proven multitasking ability. Employment types: full-time, part-time, permanent, or freelance. Compensation: ₹32,00–₹64,00 per month. Benefits include flexible scheduling, health and life insurance, provident fund, and work-from-home support (role based in Faridabad, Haryana). Training, tools, and monthly hiring incentives are provided to support advancement toward Senior TA roles.
