Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and lead the sales floor team. Responsibilities include supervising, training, and scheduling staff; addressing customer complaints and escalations; maintaining visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock rotation; meeting sales targets; upholding health, safety, and mall standards; coordinating with security and other departments; and reporting sales, staff performance, and customer feedback to senior management.
