Job Description
Spixar Technologies Solution seeks a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support rapid hiring across India. The role involves sourcing candidates via portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), screening resumes, conducting HR phone interviews, coordinating hiring manager interviews, facilitating onboarding, and maintaining daily recruitment reports.
- Requirements: 4+ years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, target-driven mindset, and ability to multitask across multiple mandates.
- Job types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance. Compensation: ₹32,00–₹64,00/month.
