Job Description
GERI CARE HOSPITAL is seeking a full-time, on-site Dialysis Technician to set up and operate dialysis machines, prepare and sterilize equipment, monitor patient vitals before, during, and after treatment, and accurately record treatment data. The role includes assisting with patient connection and disconnection, observing and reporting complications, maintaining dialysis machines and water treatment systems, and complying with infection-control and biomedical-waste protocols.
- Qualifications: Diploma/Certification in Dialysis Technology (or equivalent) and 2–5 years’ relevant experience.
- Competencies: strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and safety, empathetic communication, meticulous documentation, and proactive equipment maintenance.
- Salary: ₹18,00–₹35,00/month.
