Job Description
We are seeking a professional Restaurant Captain to lead front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest service. The Restaurant Captain will supervise servers and bartenders, manage reservations and seating, coordinate with kitchen staff, and enforce service and safety standards. This role includes training and mentoring team members, handling guest concerns with tact and efficiency, and maintaining a polished dining environment.
