Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead cross-border banking controls across the Americas, ensuring regulatory compliance, robust transaction monitoring, and effective risk mitigation for international payments and correspondent banking.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing control frameworks, conducting control testing, coordinating with operations and compliance teams, escalating and reporting issues, and driving timely remediation.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in transaction banking or compliance
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT and cross-border regulations
- Proficient in data analysis and stakeholder management
