Job Description
Esco Pipes Private Limited seeks experienced Production Supervisors for a full-time, on-site role (₹15,00–₹20,00/month). The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in scaffolding and scaffolding accessory production, sheet metal fabrication, cutting and forming die tooling, steel forging design and production, caster wheel manufacturing, and aluminium pressure die casting.
Responsibilities include supervising production operations, enforcing quality and safety standards, optimizing processes for efficiency, and leading production teams to meet targets. Candidates must demonstrate proven technical skills, leadership in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
